Relating to post-graduate medical education; declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Requires Oregon Health Authority to administer program to provide loans to hospitals for establishing new primary care residency programs. Authorizes authority to establish cost-sharing programs to train residency physicians entering medical practice in rural areas. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2019.
